As I was in managed isolation here thought it relevant to give a quick assessment first. Rooms: the beds were comfortable, clean and had all the amenities you could ask for including air con, heating, good TV and small fridge. Everything was in good working order. Bathrooms: clean and spacious and good shower. Staff: amazing Service: exceptional Thank you, thank you, thank you to David and the amazing team at Jet Park. I know many of the people we have seen on a daily basis while in managed isolation are not employed by the hotel, but all the immediate hotel staff have been so friendly, super helpful and have always tried to make our time here just that little bit more welcoming. You’ve gone above and beyond to ensure our two week stay here has been a good one. Please ensure you pass on our sincere thanks to the restaurant for dishing up some wonderful meals (all of which were very generous), the room service team for being so attentive and friendly and the nurses for always being up for a chat. The security and defence teams were also a great bunch and really polite when communicating if we did something absent minded that was not aligned with protocol. Based on our experience with the team here we would highly recommend staying outside of the COVID landscape.

Best quarantine ever, we wanted to extend for another week :-) Everyone was really kind and helpful. And the food was absolutely amazing! (We had to ask to stop giving us cakes, which btw were also delicious. Instead, the staff started giving us fruit, which we really appreciated).

The team at Jet Park Hamilton, lead by David are amazing. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The food was great and plentiful. Our room was comfortable and clean. We loved hanging out in the garden. Thank you for having us!

We are on the last night of a two week isolation stay, and we are thrilled to advise that the staff, management and the Military have made us feel so welcome. At all times we have felt safe and nothing has been too much trouble for any of the staff. Managed isolation has been well-managed by all, and we have been kept up to date at all times. The rooms have recently been refurbished very tastefully, and to be honest are very comfortable for a two week stay. Given the difficult situation for all, we have been truly happy here. Thank you to all the staff at a Jet Park Hamilton for a fantastic stay. We stayed in a room on the second floor with great lighting, the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant food is amazing and all the staff were kind and attentive. The hotel also has a lovely garden, tennis court, and swimming pool. We would love to come back and visit again sometime!!
